If you are the CEO of your company, or if you are managing a number of people, you have found that people have a lot of feelings about you that are intense and at times highly irrational.  If you report to another executive or supervisor, you have the task of getting along well with that person, even if that person is overworked and irritable. Such problems are common in the workplace, and I have had many years of experience working with executives.

I have developed a modified form of executive coaching that begins with a focus on the specific problems that you face daily.   We will then integrate the current issues that you are facing with the different aspects of your personality, with the goal of creating more self understanding.  Together we will develop an approach that is sensitive to other people's needs, yet practical and skillfully assertive.   Empathic understanding of the total situation includes focusing on current relationships and often on the childhood roots of patterns of relating, which can have a powerful effect on current professional life.
